Hi, I'm Scarlett! I’m passionate about leading an active and creative life, which is reflected in everything I do. My days often begin with a burst of energy from my yoga practice, which helps me center myself and set a positive tone for the day. I find that the balance and mindfulness from yoga seamlessly complement my love for fitness. When I’m not stretching or lifting weights, you’ll usually find me on my bike. Cycling is my way of exploring new places and enjoying the freedom of the open road. It’s both exhilarating and meditative, giving me a fresh perspective and a sense of adventure.
